Last 30 days of pay stubs or proof of any other income (SSI, child support, disability, etc).
Minimum of one year with current employer or a cosigner is required.
We check criminal background history & credit.
Rental Payments
All rents are due by the 5th of the month. Late rents are subject to a $25.00 fee and an additional $5.00 per day until rent is made current.
